We have been closely monitoring the news about the Coronavirus (COVID-19) since it was first reported. With the increasing number of cases being reported across the world, country, region, and now our State, the TSX is taking extra precautions protecting out customers and staff. Our top priority is the safety, health and well-being of our, attendees and guests. We will continue to update you as time progresses. We are keeping up to date with the recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), the State of Michigan, and Wayne County. As we are being informed by several sources, every day prevention should be taken such as: Avoid close contact with people who are sick as well as practice ‘social distancing’ Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth Avoid physical salutations such as handshakes, hugs, fist bumps, etc Avoid sharing food or beverages Stay home when you or your children are sick and contact your health care provider Cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue and then throw the tissue in the trash Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds (after using the bathroom, before eating, after blowing your nose, coughing or sneezing, etc.) If soap and water are not readily available, use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol. We have increased our ‘hand sanitizer’ locations throughout the facility. We encourage you to carry personal hand sanitizer in the event that we run out (as it is currently back-ordered). Our staff is frequently disinfecting often-touched surfaces throughout the facility such as door handles, water fountains, restroom surfaces, concession stands, etc. We are asking anyone who has developed symptoms or has come into contact with infected individuals to stay home and follow the CDC’s instructions. https://www.cdc.gov/ https://www.michigan.gov/coronavirus https://www.livgov.com/health https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/traveladvisories/traveladvisories.html/ We will continue to monitor the situation and follow guidance from local and national authorities on appropriate next steps that need to be implemented. Thank you
