    Sec 69-95 (g) "Vending from an ice cream truck between the hours of 8:01 p.m. and 9:59 a.m. is expressly prohibited, except during the months of July and August when evening hours during which vending is permitted shall be extended to 9:00 p.m." Council approval is not necessary for pre-packaged ice cream.
